Make sure you choose the right product as personalised products cannot be returned. In order to be personalised, products must be paid in advance, by credit card online or by PO.
Products personalised at the customer's request, are exempt from the right of return/withdrawal provided for in art. 9-15 of GEO 34/2014, regarding distance contracts and off-premises contracts.
